Established in 1994, Cornerstone Developers, Inc. is a General Contracting firm whose operations extend throughout Southwest Florida. At present, Cornerstone’s activities occur within the Naples MSA (Metropolitan Statistical Area). Nationally recognized for its unparalleled growth, the Greater Naples Area continues to rank among the hottest housing markets in the United States. Drawn by the Southwest Florida lifestyle, many homebuyers flock to Collier County seeking an estate home in an elegant residential development. Cornerstone Developers, Inc. and its affiliated companies concentrate on the luxury home market generated from the current and planned upscale communities.

While Cornerstone focuses on the luxury custom estate home as the core market, our geographic region allows for flexibility. Cornerstone has built projects throughout Southwest Florida and Collier County, expanding from the northern areas of Cape Coral and Fort Myers to the southern area of Marco Island. This wide geographic range allows us the opportunity to build at multiple price points that suit the local market and properties in specific regions.

As a luxury homebuilder specializing in Mediterranean, Old World, Classic, Transitional, and Contemporary designs, Cornerstone has gained a solid reputation for its unique style and workmanship, and has won the Collier County Sand Dollar Award eight years in a row. Estate home entries were submitted for residences in the $750,000 to $1,000,000 category in 1999 and $1,000,000 to $1,750,000 category in 2000. In 2000 Cornerstone also enjoyed recognition in the Parade of Homes held in Fiddler’s Creek (Naples, Florida), taking six Platinum Awards including “Best of the Parade” for the Colossian Model. Cornerstone then received a Sand Dollar Award in 2001 for the Athenian Model, a luxury water-front residence offered at $2,300,000, again in 2002 for the St. Thomas model priced at $2,795,000, and in 2003 for the St. Martin model priced at $1,775,000.
